Directly across Philadelphia Street, a sundial marks the location of the former J.M. Stewart & Sons Hardware, where proud father Alex Stewart displayed Jimmy's Oscar award and other memorabilia. The town is also home to Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) the largest of the state’s system of 14 universities, where visitors can enjoy a wide variety of athletic and cultural events.
